What I work with

The things that bring people in.

Below are the areas I support people with most often. The list isn't a checklist. Most of what comes up in sessions sits across several of these at once, and that's normal. If what you're navigating isn't named here, please still reach out.

Anxiety

The constant low hum of being on. Racing thoughts, social anxiety, perfectionism that's becoming hard to live with, panic that arrives without invitation. Anxiety is often the body's well-intentioned attempt to keep you safe, just running a system that has gone into overdrive.

Together we'll look at what's keeping the system on high alert. The thoughts that feed it, the bodily sensations that amplify it, the patterns of avoidance that (paradoxically) make it stronger. We'll work toward something more flexible. Not the absence of worry, but a different relationship with it, alongside practical tools for when it spikes.

Depression

The flat. The foggy. The I should be enjoying this and I'm not. The version of yourself that doesn't fit your own life right now.

Depression looks different in everyone. Sometimes low motivation. Sometimes irritability. Sometimes a heaviness that has settled in around a particular loss or transition. We'll work together to make sense of what's underneath it, build small, achievable steps that don't require you to feel good first, and over time, reconnect you to the parts of life that have been on hold.

Trauma

A careful, paced space to work with experiences that still feel close. Recent or long held.

I take an integrated approach to trauma work, prioritising safety and stabilisation before we go anywhere near the deeper material. We move at a speed that's right for you, and you stay in charge of the work. Therapy for trauma isn't about revisiting the worst thing that happened in detail. It's about helping your nervous system update what's no longer happening, so you can live more freely in the present.

Neurodiversity

For adolescents and adults who are neurodivergent, or who are exploring questions around autism or ADHD. Therapy can offer a space to better understand yourself, navigate everyday challenges, and develop strategies that support your wellbeing. The everyday-life pieces matter just as much as the label.

Together we'll look at the parts that often get missed in clinical write-ups. Executive function and the work-arounds that actually fit your brain. Sensory regulation and unmasking. The relationship patterns that get reshaped along the way. Work, study and vocational support. And the layered grief that sometimes comes with a late diagnosis, or with realising the version of yourself you thought you should have been was never quite the right fit. I won't pathologise being autistic or ADHD, and I won't ask you to mask. I'll meet you where you are and work with what actually helps.

Life transitions

The seasons in life where the old map stops working. Career changes, relationships ending or shifting, becoming a parent, migration, cultural identity, religious or spiritual questioning, big losses, big gains.

Transitions can feel disorienting even when they're chosen, and especially when they aren't. Therapy in these seasons is less about fixing and more about making space. To grieve what's ending. To name what's becoming. And to reorient toward a way of living that fits the person you're becoming.

Stress management

When work, life, caregiving, or all of the above have pushed the system past its capacity. Burnout isn't laziness. It's an injury to your capacity, and it needs the right kind of recovery.

Together we'll work on what's draining the system (often more than you realise), the body-level regulation that needs to come first, and the longer conversation about boundaries, identity, and the shape of a life that's actually sustainable for you.
