Adults
The patterns that keep showing up. Anxiety, low mood, burnout, identity questions, relationships, the big transitions that change everything.
Hi, I'm Carmeline. I'm a registered psychologist and I work with adults, adolescents and children entirely online. Most of the people I meet arrive with a version of the same question. Something feels off, and I want to understand why. We start there, together.
Prefer to book a session directly? Book online via Halaxy and I'll confirm within 2 business days.
The patterns that keep showing up. Anxiety, low mood, burnout, identity questions, relationships, the big transitions that change everything.
Young people finding their way through school, friendships, identity, and the ups and downs of mood. At a pace that respects where they're at.
School-aged kids whose behaviour or mood has shifted in ways their parents can't quite explain, and want help understanding.
If what you're navigating isn't on this list, please still reach out. Happy to talk it through with you, or point you toward someone better placed.
Support with understanding the patterns of worry and fear that can start to feel overwhelming.
Working alongside you to make sense of the heaviness and find small, real steps forward.
Careful, paced support for healing and integrating experiences that have shaped you.
For adolescents and adults who are neurodivergent, or who are exploring questions around autism or ADHD. Therapy can offer a space to better understand yourself, navigate everyday challenges, and develop strategies that support your wellbeing. The everyday-life pieces matter just as much as the label.
Support through the seasons where the old map stops working. Change, loss, becoming.
Body-aware support for a system that has been running too hot, for too long.
Sessions with me are warm and curious. I also keep things real. I'll gently challenge the patterns keeping you stuck and give you something to work with between sessions. Clients often tell me that practical thread has felt missing in their previous experiences of therapy. I draw primarily on Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), alongside elements of Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT) and Interpersonal Therapy, shaped to fit you rather than applied as a fixed protocol.
I hold particular care for cultural identity and background. How culture shapes the way distress gets named, expressed, and held within families. I offer sessions in English or Malay, whichever is your first or most comfortable language.
A 15-minute intro call is a no-pressure way to talk through what's bringing you in and decide if I'm the right person for the work. Sessions are A$250 for 50 minutes. Medicare rebates are available with a Mental Health Care Plan, and NDIS clients are welcome (plan-managed and self-managed).
